Dance of the Fireflies
In quiet appreciation
I sit in wonder
Evening lights|
 that glow
they dance 
and hover
they blink
magical
Summer serenade
to the fairy ball
Adornment of nature

Surrounding me
so tiny and light
so simple and pure
This gift 
of wonder
 and joy 
filling my heart
with delight
May life always
be so wondrous.
