About the Artist, Liza Lambertini

Artist Biography:

Liza Lambertini's love of faeires began during her childhood in the mid 1960's.  Her mother would tell her stories of faeries enriching an already budding creativity and love of nature and wildlife.  Oftentimes while searching for faeries, Liza would observe wildlife and the lush greenery that surrounded her.  Throughout her life she studied the rich details of nature.  
As a self taught artist, many hours were spent drawing the details of flowers, trees, birds and mammals.

Having a background in photography and a knowledge of watercolor, oil, acrylic, pencils and ink, Liza is the original creator of an exciting and new art depicting the fairy and fantasy realm.  Her unique style highlights beautiful fairy and fantasy silhouettes set with a vibrant night skies and brightly lit sunset backgrounds.  All of her work is hand drawn or painted.

Liza's diverse art has a wide range from painted portraits, photography and silhouette fairy art.  Her background in design
lends itself to many of her original pieces.  She has exhibited in Manhattan and Long Island.  Her work has been used for storefronts, businesses logos and postcards for exhibitions at galleries, stores and art events.  Most of all it is her love and passion to create uplifting bodies of work from her own soul that reaches out to the world around her in a positive way.

Artist Statement:

"I believe in goodness and that goodness is where I create.  I believe in integrity and integrity is valuable to all those who wish to have honest relationships.  I believe in honesty, straightforwardness and having faith in oneself.  Surly I have grown, matured and learned a lot along this journey and am a better person today then I was yesterday.  I believe in keeping it simple.  
Most of all, how important the positives are in my life.   I believe in happy endings whereby better days begin."
